SHIPPING 

UK Standard Delivery

Please note that orders can take up to 10 working days including shipping time and estimated processing time at the warehouse. Processing time for all orders is 5 - 7 working days. Please allow 3 working days shipping time.

International Delivery

International Delivery is available Monday to Friday. Please note that international orders can take up to 14 working says including shipping time and estimated processing time at the warehouse. Processing time for all orders is 5 - 7 working days. Please allow 3 - 7 working days shipping time.

  • Location

    We are based in South East London, full address is sent when you place your booking.

  • Braid Hair Type

    For your braided hairstyles, you will need pull stretched Xpression.

  • LATE FEE

    Please be on time, there is a general late fee of £15 if you are more than 20 minutes late. Please note that your appointment may also be cancelled.

  • Wig Making Process Time

    Wigs will take 7 - 12 working days to process (not including delivery).

  • Does process time include delivery?

    No, processing time for all orders will take 5 - 7 working days. Please note that custom orders such as HD Lace and bulk hair may take a longer processing time.

  • Do you provide mobile services?

    Yes, however there is an extra charge for travel which varies depending on the distance our stylist must travel.

  • Are all products provided with your beauty services?

    Yes, all products are included, if there are items that work for your skin please send us an email.

  • What is classified as an emergency service?

    Any appointment placed within 48hrs for an extra cot of £35 if there is an available slot email to enquire.

  • Is the hair included in your braid pricing?

    No, please provide your own hair for your appointment unless you select for hair to be provided as an add-on.

  • Deposit Refund

    A £30 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit Is Required prior to your appointment. Full payment will then be balanced on the day by Cash or Card Transfer.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    If you decided to cancel your appointment the £30 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you can reschedule for another booking within the same month.

  • EMERGENCY BOOKING

    Please note that appointments placed 48hrs before your booking is classified as an emergency booking (additional £20)

  • CAN I BRING GUEST?

    No guest allowed.

  • DELIVERY

    Deliveries are placed Monday - Saturday excluding Sunday and public holidays.

    Please allow up to 3 working days (processing time not included) for all UK orders.

    Deliveries are tracked with an email & tracking reference to verify once your order has been dispatched A signature may be required on receipt.

  • Returns and Damages

    Due to the nature of our products we have a no refund policy. However, we may offer an exchange or credit note of the same value if there is a manufacturer fault. Products must be returned within 72 hrs.

    We do not accept exchanges of any worn products. The styled the lace must be intact. All shipping fees are at customers expense please use a courier that supplies a tracking code.

  • Customer Services

    NsTouch holds all appointments at provided location , Wigs purchased with us are not subjected to a free install. This service can be applied by booking an appointment. Mobile service are all available fees vary depending on your location. Email hello@NsTouch.com to enquire.
